Requirements
B.S. in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
Preference with steel construction and/or steel fabrication.
Experience with planning and change order management.
Strong comprehension of construction drawings.
Ability to read and understand design documents and specifications.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to develop and maintain project budgets.
Knowledge of construction contracts and subcontract language.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong computer literacy skills.
